At Therapy with Arie, I offer individual therapy, couples counselling, Christian counselling, and group therapy work. I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, and couples work, integrating Emotion-Focused Therapy, Imago Therapy, and Internal Family Systems with spiritual direction.  My goal is to provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can gain insight, heal, and grow. Individual counselling: $160 per session

Couples counselling: $200 per session

Online Coaching (International) - Eastern Time Zone

If you reside outside of Canada and want support in achieving your personal or business goals, online coaching with me may be a great fit. As a therapist and faith-based entrepreneur, I bring my heart and drive to our work together. Unlike psychotherapy, coaching is more goal-oriented and future-focused in specific areas such as executive functioning or life skills rather than in clinical processes. Together, we’ll work on strategies to help you actualize your goals in life, business, and career.
