Clinical Counselling & Psychotherapy supports individuals, couples and groups navigating mental health challenges, including low mood, anxiety, and deeper emotional difficulties. My approach draws from clinical psychology and neuroscience, focusing on cognitive restructuring, emotional regulation, coping strategies, and building mental resilience.​

If desired, art or music can also be incorporated into sessions to support expression and insight. I prioritize both brain and emotional health in treatments, offering holistic support that addresses lifestyle, well-being, and growth so that clients can thrive in clarity + confidence.
Christian Counselling

Christian Counseling is for those seeking Biblically-guided support. I help clients build lives, relationships, businesses, and careers that align with gospel-centered values. While I integrate psychotherapeutic approaches, the foundation of this work is rooted in faith, prayer, discernment, and living in right relationship with God and others.

I offer pre-marital and post-marital Christian couples counselling, as well as individual faith-based support. I’m also deeply passionate about working with Christian business owners. Together, we can help you build a firm foundation for your relationships or vocation in life.

My lived experience has shaped my path as an emotionally-focused, integrative therapist. I work from an attachment-based lens, believing that the quality of our relationships and emotional health directly impacts our quality of life. Whether your presenting issues stem from your family of origin, a past or present relationship, or current life stressor, I will sit with you in the hard places and support you in your processing & healing.
If you are comfortable, I can integrate mind-body (somatic) practices into therapy sessions to promote self-awareness, reduce stress, and enhance well-being. This blends somatic strategies to calm the nervous system with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, helping you break through unconscious belief systems and rewire more positive, and healthy patterns of thinking. Mindfulness techniques can empower individuals to lower distress and improve their coping skills. This may include intentional thought, breathwork, and tension relief through polyvagal and tapping technique.
