Services

Counselling & psychotherapy may be covered under health insurance plan if you have coverage for a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario. Coaching/courses are not covered under insurance.

Registered Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is a type of therapeutic alternative health treatment that can help individuals experiencing specific emotional and mental health challenges such as depression and anxiety. Psychotherapy treats issues from a lens of clinical psychology and neuroscience, with a focus on cognitive restructuring and mental resilience. I use an integrative framework of different therapeutic modalities including Emotion-Focussed, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative, Family Systems, and Psychodynamic. I also utilize interactive and holistic somatic elements of nervous system healing in my sessions including breath work and polyvagal work. If the client wishes, I can incorporate therapeutic art into sessions. As a therapist, I am focussed on brain health and emotional health when it comes to my psychotherapy treatment plans, but I am also holistic in my therapeutic process, and will integrate lifestyle support.

Christian Counselling

Counselling is a form of 'talk therapy' and can be a proactive way to maintain your emotional and spiritual self-care, it is not necessarily to treat a mental health issue. Counselling can also come in the form of gentle guidance and leadership. Christian counselling is ideal for clients who are seeking spiritual support from a biblical lens, I provide this to my teen, adult and couple clients (pre-marital counselling). I'm passionate about helping people build lives, careers, and relationships that are centred on their values. Counselling can be a great sounding board and non-judgmental forum for people to unpack felt experiences with their faith.

Consulting & Coaching

Available in 2025. 

 

Consulting/coaching has a therapeutic purpose but are more skills and education-based, designed to empower clients with methods and mindset to make changes in their lives. Coaching is great if you need clear, actionable guidance and support more than specific interventions.

I will be offering consulting on the following:

- ADHD & Entrepreneurship: How To Focus & Thrive 

- People-Pleasing Recovery / Healing Codependency

- Self-Love and Healing from Toxic Relationships 

Note: Coaching is not and cannot be claimed as psychotherapy sessions. However, I will have payment options available (monthly, quarterly, one-sum) so that it remains to be financially accessible to my clients.

My Approach

My approach to therapy or coaching is collaborative and person-centered, meaning there is no one-size-fits-all approach, but rather a process of understanding you as a person and creating a customized treatment or game-plan for your specific goals and processes.


My hope is to support my clients using counselling and psychotherapy to emotionally heal from issues that keep them stuck in stress responses and cope better, grow in self-compassion and become resilient. Using evidence-based therapies, I help clients work towards a greater sense of self-advocacy and empower them to make better choices.
