You’ve always known you had a big heart and big dreams. But somewhere along the way, you were told you were too much. Or too sensitive. And so you learned to shrink. To people-please. To make yourself smaller. And over time, you started self-abandoning.

And yet — underneath the criticism, the trauma, the messaging that you weren’t enough — a part of you stayed hopeful. A part of you still believes there is a healed version of you waiting to emerge. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you come home to yourself.

Your sensitivity isn’t the problem. It’s attunement in an overstimulating world. But when your nervous system is overloaded, especially if you have a neurodivergent brain, you likely feel tired and wired all the time. I’ll help you start regulating your nervous system and build better systems for managing it all so you can move through life without constant overwhelm.

As a psychodynamic and emotion-focused therapist, I help you understand how your past shaped you, make sense of your inner world, and gently clarify what no longer serves you. Together, we create space for healing — not by becoming someone new, but by reconnecting with all the parts of you to create inner peace.

Individual Psychotherapy

I provide online counselling/psychotherapy services for individuals across Canada in Eastern Time Zone. I serve clients in most provinces except Quebec and PEI.

Investment starts at $160 CAD

What I Offer: Individual Counselling & Psychotherapy supports individuals, navigating emotional and mental health difficulties, including anxiety and emotional wounds. My approach draws from clinical psychology and neuroscience, focusing on emotional regulation, nervous system regulation and building mental resilience.

What To Expect: As a therapist, I do not believe therapy is one-size-fits-all, and I tailor my approach to each client. I tend to draw from an integrative framework of approaches including Emotion-Focussed, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic, Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. We don’t have to just talk: art or music can also be incorporated into sessions to support expression and insight. I also prioritize nervous system regulation to release somatic tension and build safety.

Couples Counselling

I provide online couples and relationship counselling across Canada in Eastern Time Zone. I serve clients in most provinces except Quebec and PEI.

Investment starts at $200 CAD

What I Offer: I provide couples counselling for premarital and married partners through challenges. I help you remember you are on the same team — working to solve problems, and act as a partnership. Together, we’ll work on strengthening communication & collaboration.

What to Expect: We’ll identify unhealthy patterns and interrupt them. I also support couples navigating dynamics in which one (or both) partners have anxiety, ADHD, or are navigating grief or trauma. Healing can happen in safe partnerships; let’s focus on creating that together.

Through understanding, we create safety. With safety comes repair. With repair, relationships strengthen.
